Shipping Policy
Orders are dispatched after product availability and payment/COD confirmation. We deliver across India through available courier and logistics partners.
Delivery charges
Standard shipping is free on orders of ₹999 or above. For orders below ₹999, a standard delivery charge of ₹99 may apply. Express or special handling, where available, may be charged separately and will be shown or confirmed before dispatch.
Delivery timeline
Most confirmed orders are targeted for delivery within approximately 2–7 working days, depending on destination, stock availability and courier serviceability. Remote locations, bulky fixtures, project quantities and made-to-order items may require additional time.
Dispatch & tracking
Order and dispatch details are shared on the customer’s provided contact number/WhatsApp where available. Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays or events outside our reasonable control.
Address accuracy
Please verify the recipient name, mobile number, PIN code and complete delivery address before confirmation. Re-shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be payable by the customer.
